Every year Medicare recipients need to re-sign up for their benefits. Med D is their pharmaceutical plan where they select a pharmacy for their medications. This is a big deal for the national drugstores but also a big problem; there is no point of difference they can use when it comes to Med D to distinguish themselves from their competitors. So we dug into Walgreen's legacy, how they've always been there when customers needed them most, and created an emotional connection for a traditionally transactional message.
